Dr Catherine Huckle (DClinPsy, BSc (Hons), MBPS, CPsychol) is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Catherine is fully insured and her work is supervised in line with BPS policy.
Catherine obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL), and has a first class honours degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
Catherine has worked in the NHS for over 14 years in a range of settings including various community outpatient services, specialist eating disorder services, older adults services and paediatrics.
Catherine is a Teaching Fellow on the Clinical Psychology doctorate programme at the University of Surrey, alongside clinical work and writing. She is passionate about sharing psychological thinking to promote wellbeing, relieve distress and support recovery, and this is reflected in her research, academic publications and media contributions. Catherine is involved in community psychology initiatives in the local area, most recently as part of Epsom Mental Health Week.
Catherine lives in Epsom with her husband and two children, and spends her spare time exploring and having new adventures.
